  • Work Site Location: Fargo, ND and surrounding areas

  • Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may require longer hours and weekend work; on-call 24/7)

Your Responsibilities as Client Services Leader

  • Oversee the daily security services provided to facilities, ensuring the highest standards are met.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees, acting as the liaison among GardaWorld, our clients, and our staff.

  • Conduct regular client meetings to solve issues, provide updates, communicate needs, and ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in recruiting, selecting, training, and developing staff assigned to accounts.

  • Regularly visit and evaluate supervisors and security officers within the business unit, reviewing reports, providing training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and contract specifications.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of post specifications, emergency procedures, client policies, and operational priorities.

  • Assist in developing staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll reports.

  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations on assigned accounts.

  • Guarantee 100% compliance with all contracts and collective bargaining agreements.

  • Advocate for new approaches and policies to improve departmental efficiency and service quality.

  • Ensure proper disciplinary procedures are followed in all corrective actions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Pass an extensive screening process

  • A college degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Valid driver's license and adherence to company vehicle and insurance standards.

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience required; 3 years preferred; security experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in remotely overseeing multiple sites is a must.

  • Sales experience is a bonus.
