Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. At times, use ladders to work at heights of up to 12 feet.

Job Description
About The Role
Complete final painting process including but not limited to applying primer and topcoat paint with the use of electrostatic equipment to trailer surfaces and the ability to lead and train others in these processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure surface preparation specifications on trailers is met prior to paint process.
- Follows supervisor/assistant supervisor's instructions.
- Applies primer and topcoat to trailers within quality standards.
- Use of Mil Guage to verify proper paint thickness.
- Properly repair paint defects on trailers
- Maintains Paint vault
- Inspects own work and trainee's work
- Operate overhead crane when needed.
- Is familiar with all equipment used and is responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep.
- Monitor supplies needed in area and updates supervisor as necessary.
- Handle, store and properly dispose of all hazardous materials. Successfully complete all annual training requirements.
- Follow standard work and procedures.
- Must adhere to all safety standards set by the company.
- Must help identify waste in process or procedure to increase efficiency.
- Assume additional responsibilities as needed when not painting.
