Global Golf is hiring a new Customer Service Representative / Golf Club Expert! We are actively seeking candidates who can create world class customer experiences through several communication channels (phone, livechat, email). This is a full-time position that is fully remote (work-from-home).
Global Golf, part of the Worldwide Golf family of brands, started operations in 2001 and is one of the leading e-Commerce retailers dedicated to addressing the needs of golf enthusiasts worldwide. The Global Golf websites are GlobalGolf.com and GlobalGolf.ca. We also sell our products through storefronts on multiple marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay, as well as maintaining a retail location in Raleigh, where players can go for all of their golf instruction, club fitting or other equipment needs.
The essential job function of the Golf Industry Customer Service Representative position is to cultivate long-term customer relationships by providing customer inquiry support to assist with golf product inquiries, order placement, order status, payments, refunds, product returns or exchanges, product warranty questions, and any other service needs of the customer. Other job functions include but will not be limited to:
