Role: BechtCONNECT Client Success Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Travel: Approximately 20% (Domestic & International)

Becht is looking for a proactive, organized,and client-focused person to help support the user experience of our BechtCONNECT platform.

In this role, you'll work directly with clients to make sure they are trained effectively on how to use the platform, maintain communication with them when issues come up, analyze the way they use theplatform to help show them the platform value, and manage retention and renewals. You'll be the first point of contact for our existing clients, and your goal will be to make sure they have a great experience. You'll also work closely with our product and development teams to raise issues and outline ideas for how to improve the platform over time.

The Client Success Specialist plays a central role in ensuring clients fully realize the value of this platform from onboarding through renewal.

Key Responsibilities

Help New Clients Get Started

When a new client joins BechtCONNECT, you'll:

    • Coordinate kickoff meetings
    • Make sure all technical setup (like user access and system configuration) is ready
    • Work with internal teams to prepare materials
    • Lead or support onboarding sessions
    • Follow up after launch to ensure things are running smoothly
Be the Go-To Person for Users

You'll be the main point of contact for BechtCONNECT-related questions, and look for opportunities to improve the user experience over time.

That means you will:
    • Respond to client (internal or external users) questions about the platform
    • Help troubleshoot basic issues
    • Coordinate with our development team if something needs to be fixed
    • Keep clients updated until issues are resolved
    • Collect client feedback to provide input into the product development roadmap
    • Send out client newsletters when new releases happen
Monitor Engagement and Support Growth

You'll regularly review how clients are using the platform.

You'll:
    • Track usage and engagement trends
    • Notice if activity drops off and proactively provide refresher trainings
    • Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
    • Help clients understand how BechtCONNECT is bringing them value and supporting their business goals
    • Monitor project budgets and proactively communicate burn rates or budget thresholds
Support Renewals & Retention
    • Track renewal dates and prepare renewal proposals
    • Help prepare renewal conversations
    • Identify potential risks early (low usage, org changes, budget concerns)
    • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth renewal processing
    • Ensure billing accuracy and transparency
Who You'll Work With

The BechtCONNECT team is a small one, so you will get to have a high impact on what we do.

You'll collaborate closely with:
  • Product leadership (who sets the platform strategy and roadmap)
  • Development team (who build and maintain the platform)
  • Account Managers (who manage broader client relationships)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in client success, account coordination, project support, or similar role.
  • Proactive, client-focused mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive mindset.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities across diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, or client portals.
  • Experience analyzing data or usage metrics to support business decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams.
