Professionally handle incoming calls from individuals ready to donate.

Communicate clearly, share mission info, and process donations securely.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma/equivalent.

Call center experience (6 months virtual or 1 year in person).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Independent, detail-oriented, team player.

Own Windows 11 PC, USB headset, wired internet.

Able to pass background check to earn $17.99/hour.

Compensation

$12-$15/hour initially, rising to $17.99/hour post-qualification.
