Position Summary:
Strongpoint Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist in the Chicagoland Area to serve as a key point of contact for retirement plan clients and advisors. This role supports day-to-day client inquiries, maintains accurate documentation and workflow systems, and collaborates closely with Operations and Pension Administration teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
