Job Overview

Sigma Systems is seeking an experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to support and maintain our ServiceNow platform in a fully remote contract role.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow administration, Flow Designer automation, JavaScript scripting, and integrations. This role involves collaborating with IT and automation teams to ensure optimal performance, configuration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
• Build and manage workflows and automations using ServiceNow Flow Designer
• Perform ServiceNow instance upgrades and system maintenance
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and platform configurations
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide operational support
• Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and automation
• Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to implement ServiceNow platform enhancements

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow administration experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer
• Experience managing ServiceNow workflows, automation, and configurations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs

• ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Previous contract or consulting experience
