Location: Hector International Airport, Fargo, ND

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Part-time - Morning Shifts Available

Sky Dine, Inc., a rapidly growing restaurant located inside Hector International Airport, is looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for food, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

As a Prep Cook, you'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring
• Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Labeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools
• Assisting cooks with basic cooking tasks
• Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items
• Complying with food safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting kitchen operations during busy service hours
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
