Summary
Our Support Representatives serve as the first point of contact for all prospective patients in need of assistance and guidance with an upcoming appointment. Support Representatives speak daily to prospective patients on their way to reclaim their health, smile, and confidence. Support Representatives must be able to think critically to provide prospective patients with timely solutions to their needs and challenges. Support Representatives must be able to connect with others easily, build rapport and show discretion and patience. We are searching for individuals passionate about helping transform lives and demonstrate an ability to empathize and advocate for our prospective patients.
