Construction Laborer - Fence Installer

American Security and Gate Company is hosting in-person hiring events March 7 and 8 to find hardworking, reliable, and self-directed fence installers to join our Fargo team of industry professionals. You'll have the opportunity to talk with a member of our management team, ask questions, and tour our facility. Construction experience and CDL are preferred but not required; must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Compensation and benefits include:

• $24-28 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks on construction sites in all weather conditions
• Use hand and power tools proficiently
• Assist in fence installation and repair with attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed correctly and on-time
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications include:

• Previous fence installation or construction experience; may consider work history demonstrating related or transferable skills
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL preferred
