Salary Range: $50,065.00 - $86,316.00

This position is 0.89 FTE. The salary range listed will be prorated to the 0.89 FTE ($43,806.88-$76,821.24). This position is eligible for full-time contributions to benefits.

Job Description:

  • Instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their Soccer Skills and teamwork skills.
  • Skills in Soccer with a solid understanding of rules, gameplay, and training techniques.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, staff, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Coaching strategies and in leading and mentoring student-athletes.
  • Monitor student-athletes academic and athletic performance.
  • Proven ability to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Additional Duties as assigned to support the overall function of the athletic department.
  • Potentially teach limited classes as assigned in Health & Human Performance.
  • Serve as an assistant in Game Operations for selected sports.
  • Contribute to student growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Commitment to academic success of student-athletes.
  • Coaching experience at collegiate level or Club Level.
  • Ability to recruit top level student-athletes.
  • Effective communication and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills/ability to integrate technology to enhance learning and teaching.
  • Two years of Collegiate Soccer coaching.
  • Knowledge of NCAA Division II and the NSIC conference rules and regulations.
