Position Summary
This position will be responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of our transportation program for HIA Health, which provides non-emergent transportation.
This position is full-time and based out of our Fargo office location.
Essential Functions
- Develop organizational policies for program.
- Establish and oversee program procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management.
- Direct activities of professional and technical staff members.
- Evaluate the work of staff to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively.
- Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports, such as budgets, personnel records, or training manuals.
- Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.
- Monitor performance of organizational members or partners.
- Follows company policies to ensure consistent and compliant job performance.
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Pay Range: Starting at $26.44 (depending upon experience)

Education, Certificates, and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Must be 25 years of age or older with a clear driving record
- Project/Program management or people supervision a plus.
