Village Caregiving - - Responsibilities: Provide in-home care and support to clients, including but not limited to assistance with personal hygiene/bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation.; Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.; Observe and report any changes in client's behavior or condition to the appropriate supervisor.; Utilize electronic timekeeping software to accurately clock in/out of shifts and submit necessary documentation.; Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
