Eventide Senior Living - 1405 7th Street South - Responsibilities: Organizes, administers, and documents all oral medications, inhalers, eye drops, eardrops, and oral, rectal, and topical medications given.; Observes side effects and reports observations to the Charge Nurse.; Administers medication as needed under the direct guidance and supervision of the Charge Nurse.; Reports effectiveness concerning the administration of medications under the guidance and supervision of the Charge Nurse.; Notifies Charge Nurse of changes in residents'/tenants conditions.
