Concrete Laborer – $25/hr + Steady Year‑Round Work

Job Description

Join our crew as a Concrete Laborer working on precast concrete products. You'll help measure forms, pour and strip concrete, and move finished pieces around the yard or onto trucks. This is steady, year‑round work with solid hours and a dependable team.

What You'll Do

• Measure and prep forms for concrete pouring

• Strip concrete products once cured

• Load products onto trucks or move them out to the yard

• Run hand tools, power tools, and an overhead crane

• Help with general shop work during winter

• Work with pipes, barricades, manholes, and bridge components

What You Need

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Comfortable with hand/power tools

• Able to work inside/outside and be on your feet long hours

• Manufacturing or construction experience helpful

• Overhead crane experience is a plus

Work Environment

Physically hands‑on job with pushing, pulling, and moving concrete products (most heavy lifts done with cranes). Work is mainly inside with some outdoor tasks depending on product size.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
