A locally owned company in Fargo-Moorhead is looking for a Service Writer to join their team. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth communication, accurate service documentation, and timely completion of repairs. You'll schedule appointments, manage inbound communication, and coordinate the workflow of the service team while maintaining customer profiles and service records. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel, are essential, as is the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and time management. You'll also assist customers with basic troubleshooting, prepare cost estimates, and convey service details to both customers and management.

Compensation and Benefits
