Marshfield Clinic - - Responsibilities: Provides food, beverages and equipment for special events; Gathers all food and supplies, transports and sets up food service events and assists in clean-up after events; Monitors and maintains quality control of food and equipment, restocking supplies and cleaning and sanitizing food service areas; Displays strong customer service skills and the ability to work under stressful conditions; Operates equipment such as, but not limited to, cold holding equipment, hot holding equipment, beverage machines, catering tables/carts, convection and combination ovens and dish washing machines
