Performance Food Group - - Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation of all new and existing food programs, including training demonstrations, menu/recipe development, processing of documentation, and securing equipment needs; In-field training and consultation with strategic accounts recommending growth strategies around new product information, preparation methods, merchandising and display equipment while advising on marketing, pricing, and profitability; Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal partners; Conduct weekly field visits with suppliers and sales team to identify opportunities and present Food Service Programs to key customer base; Participate at Regional Trade Shows for all Food Related Initiatives
