Now Hiring: Estimator-Sales (Lumber & Building Materials)
Blueprint-Savvy. Detail-Driven. Sales-Minded.

Are you confident reading construction blueprints, building precise material lists, and turning estimates into sales? We're looking for an Estimator-Sales professional who can bridge the gap between construction plans and closed projects.

What You'll Do:
• Read and interpret residential and light commercial blueprints
• Create accurate takeoffs and detailed material lists for framing, decking, roofing, and finishing projects
• Prepare competitive estimates and job quotes from construction plans
• Work directly with contractors, builders, and project managers to secure sales
• Follow up on bids and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide professional, knowledgeable service to our clients and work closely with Yard Foreman

What We're Looking For:
• Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Experience preparing detailed material takeoffs and job estimates
• Knowledge of dimensional lumber, engineered wood, sheet goods, and hardware
• Prior experience in construction, building materials, or lumber sales
• Strong communication and organizational skills
