Valley Imports is hiring a new Finance Manager for our amazing Sales team, and you may be the perfect fit! Transparency and customer experience are the most important components of our sales process, and we want someone who believes in this style of selling!

Pay ranging from $72,000 - $125,000+, depending on productivity. Training provided by top trainers in the Region. This position involves working 40-45 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Manager is responsible for profitability in both the new and used finance departments and for customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage the sales process; have a strong knowledge of the indirect lending business and ancillary products offered to customers and possess exceptional customer relations skills.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

Education and/or experience required:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • College Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in the automotive sales environment.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic.

  • Desire to mentor and train our sales team.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):
  • No direct reports but indirect supervision.
  • Decision making authority on matters of significance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES
  • Will offer finance/lease options to every customer as well as offering ancillary products endorsed by the dealership.
  • Will complete all paperwork associated with the purchase/finance/lease of a vehicle from Valley Imports.
  • Will meet with vehicle sales consultants to ensure they are properly trained to introduce, endorse, and assist in completion of sales transactions for maximum customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Will attend monthly meetings with the dealership's Sales Manager to review forecasts and profits.
  • Will work directly with the Sales Managers on making recommendations on both short and long-range finance and lease promotions and ancillary product plans.
  • Will attend to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
  • Ensure finance and insurance transactions meet all regulations.
  • Protect customer financial and personal data per privacy laws and company policies.
  • Submit credit applications to lenders and secure competitive financing for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the dealership's banking partners.
  • Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Performs W.W. Wallwork, Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
