Flint Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Photo & Video Production Flintern to join our Content Team for Summer 2026. You'll gain hands-on production experience, collaborate with experienced creatives, and work alongside fellow interns to lead a full-scale project for a local nonprofit; from kickoff to final delivery.

Program Details

Dates: May 19 - August 13, 2026
Schedule: Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week; average 30 hours/week)

Compensation: $17.00/hour
Location: In-office, Fargo, ND

What You'll Do

• Assist with photo and video shoots (on-location and in-studio)

• Edit photos, videos, and podcasts for client and internal projects

• Support project management and organize digital assets

• Collaborate with the content team to bring creative concepts to life
