Now hiring! A busy and growing home builder in the Fargo-Moorhead area is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with numbers, and being involved in the day-to-day operations of construction projects.

What you'll do:

• Process invoices and manage billing for projects
• Handle accounts payable and track subcontractor expenses
• Maintain organized electronic files and financial records
• Work within Buildertrend and QuickBooks (systems are integrated)
• Assign cost codes and help keep project budgets on track
• Assist with estimating and gathering bids for new jobs
• Communicate with subcontractors via phone and email for quotes and project details

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with QuickBooks (Buildertrend is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
