Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Quality & Digital Asset Intern to help us organize, cleanse, and modernize our Wildlife product database. Your work will directly improve how our teams sell, market, and support our products. You'll be building the foundation for a cleaner, more efficient product information ecosystem.

This internship is ideal for a student who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and improving how information flows through an organization. You'll play a key role in building a clean, accurate, and easy-to-use product information library that supports sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Data Organization

  • Audit existing product data to identify outdated, duplicate, or missing information
  • Consolidate product specifications into a standardized, easy-to-navigate format
  • Create naming conventions and metadata standards for product files and attributes
Digital Asset Management
  • Organize product images and packaging files into a structured digital library
  • Remove outdated or discontinued product assets
  • Ensure each active product has complete and accurate imagery
Process Improvement
  • Document workflows for how product data and images should be stored going forward
  • Recommend improvements to file structure, folder hierarchy, and data governance
  • Support sales and marketing teams by making product information easier to access
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with sales, quality, and marketing teams to verify product details
  • Gather missing information from internal stakeholders
  • Assist with ad-hoc data cleanup projects as needed

  • Interest in organizing information
  • Basic understanding of databases or metadata (helpful but not required)
