Job Title: Night Shift Shift Production Supervisor

Department: Production

Summary

The Production Supervisor will oversee all operations of the plant from production to ensure policies and procedures are followed, including, safety, quality, delivery and productivity.

Essential Functions

  • Communicate with team leaders daily/weekly as needed. And maintain good working relationships with all company personnel to best promote the company.
  • Manage the regular responsibilities of plant personnel including directing work, disciplining when required, conducting performance reviews, training employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations
  • Promote a team environment through active engagement.
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping as much as possible.
  • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
  • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
  • Commit to plant safety procedures.
  • Address and be respectable to employees' concerns
  • Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
  • Train employees to always keep workplace clean and those tools are very costly and should be stowed away at the end of each workday.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.


Education Requirements

Required: High School diploma or the equivalent.

Experience Requirements

Required: 3 years in Precast Concrete.
