Job Title: IT Product Manager Lead
Location: Hybrid (3 Days in a week at office) - Woodland Hills, CA
Duration: 3+ months (Possibility to Extend)
Pay Rate: $70-$80/hr. on W2

Job Description:

• Delivery of code to production is of high quality, fully tested and does not cause incidents in production.
• Accountable for change risk and accept responsibility for outcome of the change.
• Understand the product end to end and where it lies within the ecosystem.
• Clear on upstream and downstream impacts of product changes.
• Evangelist of product and can articulate consumption patterns, both technical and business impacting to provide cost of value for the product to the business and our members.
• Manage overall product budget and can provide cost analysis on ROI of product, manage run costs and overall total cost of ownership of the product.
• Construct high functioning team and create feedback loop to leadership on performance and skill needs/assessment.
• Monitor performance and review user feedback and KPI to improve the product continuously and iteratively.

Responsible for the operations of product including:

• End To End Health
• Driving resolution of incident and problem management
• Technical debt management
• Data integrity/currency of CMDB, SMP (Config. Analyst) and Jira data

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiable):

• Product Management
• Leadership
• Technical & Business Acumen

Preferred Skills (nice to have)

• Agile Experience a large plus
• Cloud Experience a large plus.
• Healthcare Knowledge is a large plus.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Software Skills Required:

• Cloud technologies, technical knowledge of system/data integrations and APIs, experience working with 3rd party vendors.
