Who You Are
Bachelors degree or 8 years of equivalent experience and 6+ years of experience in both DB and DC products. Deep Trust and Custody experience strongly preferred for both retirement and non-retirement assets. Post-graduate study resulting in an MA, MS or MBA degree, preferred. Relationship management experience required, and sales related experience preferred. Must possess excellent leadership, negotiation, organizational, problem solving, persuasive oral/written communication, experience in working with committees and strong presentation skills. Demonstrate experience building client relationships at all levels but especially at the key decision maker (KDM) level. Building and delivering a strategy for your client base. Expertise in working with client base in a virtual environment. Effectively dealing with ambiguity and managing change. Proven experience selling or influencing multiple decision makers.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $104400 - $187200 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
