Primary Location: United States (US) - North Dakota - Fargo Function: People and Culture Title: Part Time Student - HR Coordinator - Fargo, ND - 119038 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position Note: Relocation assistance is not provided. The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student Human Resources Coordinator for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, North Dakota, you will:

  • Support recruiting, onboarding and administration of the Engineering Intern and Part-Time Student Programs
  • Support deployment of HR programs, organizational changes, policies and initiatives in support of the business strategy
  • Performs a variety of tactical tasks to support Human Resources such as maintaining employee records, tracking and extracting data, scheduling and other such activities.
  • Utilizes Human Resource tools and systems to view and extract data used to respond to requests for information.

What Skills You Need

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, or related field.

Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S local accredited college/university

Available to work up to 10-15 hours/week during the academic year

Available to work up to 30-40 hours as a full-time employee during the summer

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong time?management skills and ability to balance work and academics

Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later

Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

This is an on-site position and requires the ability to commute to the work location daily. (Note: Relocation assistance is not provided)

$15 - $40 hourly based on published rates for business function and education level.
