Warehouse Worker Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions has partnered with a leading medical manufacturing company located in Fargo, ND. We are seeking candidates for Warehouse Worker roles. Compensation for these opportunities is $22.50 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!

What a Warehouse Worker will do:

• Operate a forklift to move paper boxes and other materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, stack and store materials in designated areas using a forklift or other equipment as necessary
• Maintain accurate inventory records by counting and recording the movement of paper and materials
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Assist in other warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and labeling materials as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and conduct

What you need to be a Warehouse Worker:

• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Previous reach truck and order selection experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Physical capability to handle warehouse tasks (lifting, moving pallets, etc.)
• Commitment to teamwork and reliability
