Job Title: CNC Laser Operator
Location: Fargo, ND
Compensation: $20.00-$24.00 per hour - paid weekly

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Laser Operators for a metal fabrication environment in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll work with CNC and laser machinery to support high-quality production for a well-established manufacturer. If you enjoy hands-on machine operation, staying active throughout the day, and working in a clean, organized environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity.What You'll Do as a CNC Laser Operator:

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic metal fabrication equipment
• Set up and run CNC laser equipment per production requirements
• Perform and document production tasks using an MRP system
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery
• Inspect parts for quality and complete associated documentation
• Shear and punch aluminum materials
• Maintain a clean and orderly Sign Shop and work lot
• Organize, track, and assist with quarterly inventory

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Laser Operator Role:

• Ability to stand for long periods during a full shift
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to walk, sit, reach, climb stairs/ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
• CNC, setup, or laser machinery experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures
• Reliable transportation to the Fargo, ND worksite
