Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead multiple engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions
Architecture & Design: Interpret requirements and design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers across levels, fostering technical growth and best practices
Innovation: Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and strategies to improve organizational efficiency
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, QA, DevOps, and product teams in a scaled agile environment
Problem Solving: Provide solutions for complex technical challenges and customer needs
AI Integration: Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows, including LLM-based agents, prompt orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
Go Expertise: Develop backend services and microservices using Golang, ensuring performance and scalability
AI Governance: Apply responsible AI practices, including security, compliance, and ethical guidelines
Platform Development: Build reusable GenAI components, APIs, and SDKs for enterprise adoption

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of technical leadership (senior level mentoring acceptable)
2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and observability tools
Cloud experience (Azure preferred, but any cloud acceptable)
Solid programming in Go, Java, Python, and/or React
Expertise in API design and cloud native development
Familiarity or hands on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
Familiarity with vector databases
Understanding of MLOps practices
Excellent communication skills
Ability to mentor others
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, AI/ML certifications
FHIR expertise (ideally 2+ years)
Experience in healthcare or financial domains
Proven track record in AI-driven architecture and performance optimization

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
