Min 1-year recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting, 250+ beds
BLS - must be AHA
Level 1 trauma experience, prefer travel experience
EPIC experience

Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.

7CD is a 32-bed inpatient Medical-Specialty Unit.
The patients we provide care for are adult medical/surgical patients, as well as patients experiencing behavioral disturbances.
Wide variety of med/surg patients.
ll of our rooms are private with their own bathroom/toilet and gait belt/walker for safe patient mobility.
Will get some behavioral admits.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
EMR-Epic, Telemetry, Philips monitors, Bladder scanner, Acuivein, Omnicell

Required skills and minimum years of experience.
1 year med/surg experience.
Experience with large hospital, busy environment.

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
BLS - must be AHA.

Floating to over units/departments.
7CD home unit can float to any med/surg unit within Fargo

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
32

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
5:1 on days, 6:1 on nights

- All clinicians must badge in and out at facility
