Journeys - - Responsibilities: Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees with in-store needs; Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Manager and Manager In Trainings absence; Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals; Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices; Protect company assets and loss prevention
