Position Summary
Rail Yard Executive Suites is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Acquisition Assistant to support lead generation and membership growth efforts. This fully remote role focuses on identifying prospective members, nurturing leads, and assistingthe sales team in converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential members (entrepreneurs, startups, remote professionals, small businesses)
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Qualify leads and schedule virtual tours or consultations
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
- Assist with referral programs and promotional campaigns
- Track outreach metrics and assist in reporting performance data
- Support digital marketing initiatives tied to acquisition campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Other degrees a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Organized with strong attention to detail
