Job Summary

Seeking an Electrical Engineer to support development and testing of electrified systems with a focus on hands-on lab work, power electronics, and system validation. This role emphasizes engineering development, troubleshooting, and collaboration over pure verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Support testing of motors, inverters, converters, and battery systems
• Plan and execute PV&V and development test activities
• Perform hands-on testing (50–1000V systems)
• Use diagnostic tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, DAQ)
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams
• Ensure test planning, documentation, and communication
• Follow high-voltage safety practices

Required Skills

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical or related field
• Experience in testing / PV&V / lab validation
• Knowledge of motor control and system-level testing
• Hands-on with test equipment (oscilloscope, DAQ, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electrification systems (motor, inverter, battery)
• Knowledge of power electronics design
• Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet protocols
• Experience in test automation and data analysis
