Job Description:

As an Intake Specialist at Job Duck, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support, playing a vital role in shaping their initial experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating clearly, and staying organized in a fast-paced legal environment. You will manage inbound calls, conduct client intake, and ensure potential clients are accurately vetted and scheduled, directly supporting the firm's ability to serve its clients efficiently. Success in this role comes from being warm yet professional, confident with technology, and comfortable explaining processes clearly. Compensation range: 1150 USD - 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate professionally with clients throughout the intake process
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Conduct detailed client intake and gather accurate information
  • Answer incoming phone calls from prospective and existing clients
  • Schedule consultations and manage the attorney's calendar
  • Vet and qualify callers and leads based on firm guidelines


Requirements:

• Full-time role working Monday through Friday
• Working hours are 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
• Position supports a legal practice with a strong focus on family law
• Spanish is helpful but not mandatory
• This role involves daily phone work and client interaction
• Required software and tools include
• CRM: Leap
• VOIP system
• Calendly
• Outlook
• Ideal start is as soon as possible

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
