JOB DESCRIPTION:


Robotic Process Automation Analyst

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is potential for the schedule to shift to weekends or alternate days

Position Summary

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst is responsible for monitoring RPA processes and workflows to ensure optimal performance and availability. This role supports automated operations by troubleshooting bot and workflow issues, resolving incidents, and working closely with developers to improve process reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor RPA processes and workflows to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to RPA bots and workflows
  • Provide timely support and resolution for incidents and service requests related to RPA
  • Collaborate with RPA developers to identify and implement improvements to existing automated processes
  • Maintain documentation for RPA processes, including monitoring procedures, incident reports, and knowledge base articles
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide customer support and feedback related to automated processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with incident management tools
