Your goal is to build rapport, confirm details, and schedule appointments. There is no cold calling and no selling involved.This is a remote position that requires focus, consistency, and professionalism.Schedule Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central TimeOne weekend day required (minimum of 4 hours)Fixed schedule, but you may build within company hoursRequirements Outbound call center experience is requiredStrong communication and listening skillsProfessional and courteous phone presenceAbility to meet and exceed goals and performance metricsComfortable multitasking between phone conversations and computer systems35 WPM minimum typing speedQuick to apply feedback and eager to improveReliable and self-motivated with a positive team attitudeAble to commit to a consistent Full time work scheduleMust be a Georgia residentPay and Benefits $15.00 $17.00 per hour based on experiencePay increase after 30 days of employmentPaid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days for both full-time and part-time employeesPaid online trainingCareer advancement opportunities many of our team members have moved into management rolesHome Office and Technical Requirements You will log into our system from home using your own computer and internet connection.
