This company values its people and offers:Collaborative and supportive culture focused on professional growth.Opportunities to lead high-profile, fast-paced interior buildouts.Competitive compensation and benefits.Ability to travel while working with a company that invests in your career development.Bi-weekly Travel Home.Above market per diems.Job DetailsThe Traveling Superintendent (Restaurant/Retail) is responsible for overseeing all phases of tenant improvement construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily on-site construction activities for tenant improvement buildouts.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project team members to maintain smooth project execution.Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues.Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.Travel frequently to assigned job sites as required.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a focus on tenant improvement or commercial interior projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods and best practices.Proven ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple phases of construction.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.Willingness and ability to travel extensively.Interested in hearing more?
