We're partnering with a growing concrete construction team to hire full-time Concrete Construction Laborers. If you like working with your hands, being outdoors, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this is a solid opportunity to build a long-term career in construction.

What You'll be Doing:

• Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete for slabs, footings, and foundations
• Set and strip forms, place and tie rebar, and help prepare job sites
• Use hand tools and equipment (shovels, compactors, jackhammers, etc.)
• Help with grading, leveling, and site preparation
• Support crews with material handling, cleanup, and daily setup
• Learn and grow into more skilled tasks like finishing and layout work

• Strong work ethic and reliability - show up ready to work
• Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50-100 lbs, bending, working outdoors)
• Experience in construction or concrete work is a plus, but not required
• Ability to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Reliable transportation to job sites

• $20+/hr depending on experience
