Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
- O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments.
- Supporting OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat, and GitOps.
- Deploying OpenShift to new sites as they come online.
- Working with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scaling existing platforms to meet them.
- Working with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions.
- Supporting data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Elastic Stack.
- Compiling detailed documentation.
Must Have:
- MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5-8 years' developer experience.
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA.
Nice to Have:
- Experience deploying and managing RedHat Open Shift in a cloud and/or vSphere environment.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting, Git.
- Knowledge of Linux distributions: RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD orchestration tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins.
