OverviewDirect, review and manage daily operations and staff, including all reporting. Monitor processes and budgets to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Develop a workforce plan to align the needs and priorities of projects and to identify and develop key employees.Location & Travel Details: You'll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This position is remote with regular travel (50-75%) to job sites. A vehicle allowance will be provided.
