Job Description

Remote Mechanical Project Manager - HQ in VA will do:

  • Lead and manage mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and VRF systems
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GCs, clients, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and resource planning
  • Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, financial reports, and closeout documentation
  • Participate in design-build/design-assist processes and value engineering initiatives
  • Support and maintain strong relationships with long-standing GC partners
  • Proactively identify project risks and resolve challenges to maintain project momentum

The Successful Applicant

Remote Mechanical Project Manager - HQ in VA will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, VRF, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale commercial projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software
  • Ability to travel to job sites

  • Salary range: $100K-$145K depending on experience
  • Mileage reimbursement
