AAA Smart Home Sales Agent

AAA Smart Home Sales Agents receive:

• Starting Pay: $23.00 guaranteed hourly rate plus uncapped commission potential (Total average first year earnings range from $60K to 100K)
• Full Time: 40 hours a week position with holidays off!
• Training Info: 4 weeks paid training
• Schedule: We offer a great full-time schedule, perfect for those who enjoy their evenings, weekends, and holidays off! Enjoy a remote work environment working from home

What you will do:

• Drive sales through outbound call campaigns and achieve monthly assigned sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional member experience with each member interaction.
• Source and develop leads while consistently following-up on leads and unsold quotes by phone and email.
• Utilize sales skills to upsell products based on the members' individual needs.
• Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.

What you will need:

• High school diploma/GED (required)
• Minimum of 1-2 years' direct work experience in inside or outside sales capacity
• Be self-motivated and results driven
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with Members
• Excellent multitasking and computer skills
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
