Remote Medical Recruiter Commission Only

In this role, you will recruit and place healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and states by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process. The Remote Medical Recruiter supports healthcare organizations by connecting qualified professionals with open roles and plays an important role in building strong candidate pipelines for nursing, allied health, physician, and healthcare support positions. Pay range: 100% commission-based compensation with high commission splits

Source and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and healthcare technicians to support healthcare staffing needs

Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role alignment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through interview coordination and offer stage

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple healthcare specialties and geographic markets

Network with healthcare professionals and industry contacts to identify qualified candidates and expand recruiting reach

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to match qualified candidates with open healthcare positions

Required:

1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience

Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship skills

Ability to work independently in a commission-based recruiting environment

Preferred:

Healthcare recruiting experience (nursing, allied health, physician recruitment, or medical staffing)

Experience recruiting across multiple states or healthcare specialties

Unlimited income potential with competitive commission splits
