Source and recruit healthcare professionals including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and healthcare technicians to support healthcare staffing needs
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and role alignment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through interview coordination and offer stage
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple healthcare specialties and geographic markets
Network with healthcare professionals and industry contacts to identify qualified candidates and expand recruiting reach
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to match qualified candidates with open healthcare positions
Required:
1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship skills
Ability to work independently in a commission-based recruiting environment
Preferred:
Healthcare recruiting experience (nursing, allied health, physician recruitment, or medical staffing)
Experience recruiting across multiple states or healthcare specialties
