Position Overview

We are currently inviting applications for a Remote Opportunity Consultant to join our growing virtual team. In this role, you'll assist clients as they explore travel possibilities, review available options, and move forward with planning decisions using approved partner resources.

This position is a strong match for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized across multiple requests, and building confidence using web-based tools in a structured remote environment.

Previous experience in the travel industry is not required. Step-by-step onboarding guidance is provided.

Responsibilities Include

• Connect with clients to understand travel goals, preferred timing, and trip interests
• Help review available accommodations, cruise selections, transportation options, and activity packages
• Share helpful insights aligned with client expectations and spending plans
• Assist with coordinating reservation requests through approved supplier platforms
• Respond to planning questions and update needs as they arise
• Prepare confirmation summaries and maintain organized digital planning files
• Communicate clearly through email, phone conversations, and online messaging tools
• Participate in virtual learning sessions and periodic team collaboration meetings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail when reviewing planning information
• Comfort working with browser-based systems and online platforms
• Ability to manage multiple requests in an organized manner
• Confidence working independently in a home-based workspace
• Reliable internet connection and general computer familiarity
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Applicants should be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, or Spain and be comfortable communicating in English.
