Location: Fargo, ND
Compensation: $20.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Screener workers for a locally owned manufacturing company in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality finished screen products while supporting a clean, organized, and safety-focused production environment. If you enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, attention to detail, and reliable weekday hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Screener:

• Insert spline and rolled screen into assembled screen frames to create finished products
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards
• Maintain the flow of materials between production stages
• Monitor production for inconsistencies and report concerns to the supervisor
• Identify and resolve minor production issues, escalating larger problems as needed
• Keep tools, equipment, and workstations clean and in good working order
• Follow all safety protocols, 5S guidelines, and participate in ongoing training

What You Need to Bring to the Screener Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity to assemble products accurately
• Manufacturing experience preferred; window/door manufacturing a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist at other locations, as needed
