Marshfield Clinic - 4840 23rd Avenue South - Responsibilities: Receive, evaluate, and coordinate release of information requests from all requestors submitted by mail, fax, phone, and/or in-person; Complete release of information requests including retrieving patient's medical charts and returning charts, copying and/or scanning medical records accurately and correctly, and preparing documentation for delivery either electronically or by mail; Review the accuracy of scanned documents; Perform quality checks on work to assure accuracy of the release, confidentiality, and proper invoicing; Maintain a record of all requests for information using the EPIC system
