Marshfield Clinic - 4840 23rd Avenue South, #201 - Responsibilities: Receive, evaluate, and coordinate release of information requests from all requestors submitted by mail, fax, phone, and/or in-person; Complete release of information requests including retrieving patients medical charts and returning charts, copying and/or scanning medical records accurately and correctly; Prepare documentation for delivery either electronically or by mail; Review the accuracy of scanned documents and perform quality checks on work; Maintain a record of all requests for information using the EPIC system
