The Corporate Recruiter delivers on partnering with ICU Medical leaders in developing strategies to identify and hire talent into the Company. Corporate Recruiter must balance hiring goals that emphasize quality hires, process efficiency, and providing an outstandingcandidate experience. As an integral member of the HR team, this position contributes to the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring ICU Medical continues to attract and onboard high-performing talent. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to perform at high levels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
At least 5 years of experience in HR performing staffing responsibilities.
International experience a plus.
Proficiency with recruitment systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft office.
Knowledge of employment laws and government regulations related to talent acquisition processes.
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Work may be performed in a clean room environment and follow the guidelines established for such an environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
