Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team! This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals. If you are a persistent communicator with a "closer" mentality, we want to hear from you.This is a fully remote phone sales position; we are looking for people who have experience selling and closing deals over the phone.As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.Only candidates possessing the following requirements will be contacted:Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experienceTech savvy + strong computer skillsExperience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferredMust have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closerAbility to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performanceExceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presenceStrong time management and multitasking abilityReliable work ethicWeekend availability is mandatory for this roleThursday – Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTFriday – Tuesday: Split Shift (8:00 AM – NOON || 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST)Candidates located in the Northeast U.S. are strongly preferredJob type: Full-timeCompensationBase Pay: $15.00/hour + commissions$50,000 – $70,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)#J-18808-Ljbffr
